Simple, fresh guacamole

I love avocados. We always have a few sitting on our counter. When the avocados are really good, the guacamole should be simple so that you taste their deliciousness. That’s what this recipe is. A very simple but delicious guacamole.

3 ripe avocados
1 lime
1/4 teaspoon sea salt, more to taste
handful fresh cilantro

Halve the avocados and scoop the flesh into a medium sized bowl. Squeeze juice from half of the lime onto the avocados. Add the salt and cilantro and mash together with a fork. Taste it and add salt to your liking.
